What is 3D printing on demand?
It's a production model where each part is 3D printed only after a sale, then shipped straight to the end customer. You sell with no inventory, no minimum order and no machines: FRED handles manufacturing and fulfillment.
Which 3D file formats can I upload?
STL, 3MF and OBJ. Every file goes through automatic geometry validation (watertight mesh, dimensions, printability) before it can be ordered.
How is the price of a part calculated?
Quotes are instant: your file is actually sliced for our printers, and the price reflects material used, machine time and shipping. No surprises after the sale.
Do you ship under my brand?
Yes. Shipping is white-label: your sender name on the label, your delivery note in the box, and parcel tracking sent to your customer as if you had shipped it yourself.
I don't have 3D models — can I still sell?
Yes: the FRED catalog offers ready-to-sell, validated and commercially licensed models. Pick a product, set your price, and we print and ship every order.
How do I join the beta?
Sign-ups are invite-only during the private beta. Leave your email on the waitlist: we open spots gradually, for stores and for print farms alike.
