Answers before you order.

What is the 18% applied to?

Manufacturing excluding VAT, including preparation, before shipping, options and VAT. A €15 manufacturing charge therefore adds €2.70 in FRED fees at the standard rate.

Why does the price vary between models?

Slicing measures material and printing time. Size, colours, quantity and the workshop’s rates determine the price; a minimum manufacturing charge may apply.

Can other FRED fees apply?

Specific offers or account terms may use a different percentage or a fixed component. Your quote shows the applicable fees before confirmation.

When do I pay?

After selecting an offer and approving the configuration. Manufacturing requires a confirmed, paid order and any requested approvals.

Are AI credits included?

No. AI Studio generations use credits separate from printing and shipping. Creating a model does not start manufacturing.

Does a quote stay valid forever?

No. Check its expiry date and proposed lead times. A new quote may reflect changes in pricing or availability.
