Your brand, from model to delivery.

You own the customer relationship. FRED coordinates the manufacturing steps.

  1. Prepare the product

Upload a model you can sell, choose its configuration and approve a sample.

  2. Configure your brand

Add sender details and prepare inserts or packaging options compatible with manufacturing.

  3. Approve and manufacture

Review the quote and order conditions. Following required approvals and payment, a compatible workshop can manufacture the objects.

  4. Check and ship

The manufacturer performs the required checks, prepares the parcel and ships it. You follow the order and delivery in FRED.

Manufacturing when an order arrives.

White-label manufacturing lets you sell objects under your own identity while FRED and its workshop network handle production and shipping. You do not need to build finished-goods inventory to start.

You remain responsible for your commercial offer: product selection, model rights, customer presentation and delivery commitments. A first sample lets you check the result before selling.

Personalise what your customer receives.

In FRED, a brand defines sender details used for documents and shipping. Inserts and packaging references can complement the presentation according to available options and capacity.

Configure these elements before ordering. Compatibility, packaging stock and workshop conditions determine what can be prepared. Personalised packaging should not be assumed available for every configuration.

  • Completed brand and sender details.
  • Inserts prepared with the required files and specifications.
  • Packaging and delivery options checked for the order.

Check quality and follow the parcel.

FRED brings together manufacturing status, quality checks and shipping. Available photographs and information document the order. Approving a sample for its intended use remains your responsibility.

Lead times depend on the model, quantity, workshops and carrier. Shipment tracking helps you respond to customers using the actual status of their parcel.

Plan costs and customer service.

The quote separates applicable manufacturing costs, FRED fees, shipping and options. Your selling price should also reflect your own costs and the service you provide.

Prepare a returns and claims process. If a defect or transport incident occurs, keep order references and supporting information to review the situation with FRED.

Before you start.

Can objects be sent to the final customer?

An order can be prepared for the specified recipient using the configured brand. Check the delivery options and destination in the quote.

Can the parcel contain an insert from my brand?

FRED lets you prepare inserts. Their production and addition to a parcel depend on specifications and the selected workshop’s capabilities.

Does FRED guarantee the same lead time for every product?

Lead time depends on configuration, capacity and transport. Use the conditions of the order rather than a universal delivery promise.
